Can you work with the system we already have?

Yes. Whether you run on QuickBooks, Excel, Microsoft Access, DataFlex, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, we connect to it, build on it or upgrade it, and your data comes with you.

Do we have to replace our old program?

No. Often the best path is keeping your DataFlex or Access program, upgraded and supported. When moving to something new makes sense, we bring all your data across.

Will we lose data or have to stop working when we switch?

Your data is moved over and verified before you rely on it. Your old system keeps running until the new one is ready, and we plan the switch-over around your schedule, so your team can keep working.

Do you train our staff?

Yes. Every system we deliver comes with training for the people who use it, and we also run training on its own: computer basics, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Excel.

Do you support it after launch?

Yes. We maintain and support the systems we build, including backups, for the long term.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

We work remotely with clients anywhere, with on-site visits when a project needs it. We’re based in Monroe, NY. Training is available over Zoom or on-site.

Do you speak Yiddish?

Yes. We work in English and Yiddish.
