Water Computers (“Company”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Workflow desktop application (the “App”), including when connecting to Intuit QuickBooks Online (“QBO”).

1) Information We Collect

• Account & credentials metadata: tokens, connection identifiers, and integration settings necessary to connect the App to QBO. We do not store your QBO username/password.
• Usage & device data: version, OS type, logs, and event data to diagnose issues and improve performance.
• Support communications: information you provide when contacting support.
• Financial/business data from QBO: only as required to perform requested features (e.g., syncing or processing records). The scope depends on the permissions you grant.

2) How We Use Information

• Provide, secure, and improve the App and the QBO integration.
• Authenticate connections and maintain session tokens.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, prevent fraud/abuse.
• Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support.

3) Legal Bases (if applicable)

Where required (e.g., EEA/UK), we process information based on legitimate interests, performance of a contract, consent (when requested), and compliance with legal obligations.

4) Sharing & Disclosure

• Service providers: we may share information with vendors who help operate the App (under confidentiality obligations).
• QuickBooks Online: data you choose to sync is shared with QBO under Intuit’s terms and privacy policy.
• Legal: to comply with law, regulation, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

5) Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Access tokens are stored only for as long as needed to maintain your connection and are revoked upon disconnect or uninstallation where feasible.

6) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Your Rights & Choices

• Access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us at moshe@watercomputers.com.
• Disconnect the App from QBO at any time through the App or your QBO account.
• Opt out of non‑essential analytics or communications where offered.

8) International Transfers

If you are outside the country where our systems are hosted, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries that may have different data protection laws.

9) Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
